2 new (used) cars today

Used Car #1:

1998 Dark Emerald Pearl Honda Accord EX-L V6 Coupe.
CPO (Certified Pre-Owned). Odo had about 75,85x miles when I test drove it this morning. I researched that Honda's automatic transmission was a major issue for V6s from 1998 to 2002. I checked the transmission by various methods and it seemed fine at 0mph. Cruising on the road: seems like the gears shift at higher RPMs (2900-3200rpm) but overall the transmission felt fine. Traded our 2002 Toyota Sequoia with 55,xxx miles towards the Accord but still had to pay about $4k. Sticker price was $9999, internet price was $7950 and would only go down to about $76xx. With tax, destination, transfer fee, registration fee the Accord was close to $9k!! :(

Used Car #2:

1999 Champagne Infiniti I30 Sedan.
Had 2 owners. Odo had about 109,3xx miles when I test drove it this afternoon. I30s didn't have any major issues this year but I still checked the transmission since this is the most expensive part to get replaced and also the easiest to break. The second owner kept the car in impeccable condition. This was basically like showroom quality. The exterior (less minor damage from the first owner) and the interior were basically flawless. Much, much cleaner than our other 1999 Infiniti I30t. I was able to drive it on local road (25-40mph) and on the highway (60-75mph) and the transmission and handling were much more smooth an our I30t. Originally the owner was asking for $5900, dropped to $5200 but wouldn't budge any less than $5100. For a used car, this well taken cared of and maintained, $5100 is a bargain.

GPA improved +0.3 over 1.5 years since I changed my major to Psychology. Though it may not seem like a big increase since I already had about 100 credits beforehand so getting on Dean's list (3.75) only boosted it +0.1 each semester :\

I do have an upward trend though so I hope that helps somewhat...

We all die.
The goal is not to live forever.
The goal is to leave something that will.

You've served me well, thanks

I was planning on keeping her for another 10 years but unfortunately an accident occurred last night (7.8.08 @ 9:30p)

The frame shifted and was considered totaled at the scene by an employee of Max's Paint & Body (also towed the car).

Strength, Size or Endurance?

Different goals requires different repetitions:

- Strength: 2-6 reps @ 90% of one rep max.

- Hypertrophy: 7-14 reps @ 75% of one rep max.

- Endurance: 15-20 reps @ 50% of one rep max. This increases storages of phosphocreatine and ATP

As far as sets go, 2 hard sets with good form will be equivalent to 3 sets that most people do.
